Guarantee
Does Sanmarine have a guarantee? It is possible to return a product that is not included in the "List of products of good quality not subject to return" if they do not satisfy consumers for any reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase of such product. The return of funds for such goods, paid earlier, is carried out within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods back by the Seller and the application for its return. The application must be made by hand and have the original signature of the Buyer. We don’t offer refunds on wholesale orders. We also don’t guarantee product purchased at a retail store or through another website.

Shipping
When will my products arrive? With Sanmarine.us we deliver to the United States and its territories. Items cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery times for you based on the availability of your items and your chosen shipping options. Order processing takes 24-48 hours. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed on public holidays will be processed the next business day. Two-day shipping costs $18. Shipping based on a running total after transactional discounts and special promotions.
Do you ship to a PO Box? Yes, we do.
Do you ship internationally? Currently from our website, we ship to the United States and its territories.
